Q: What is the difference between storage and premium storage?
A: Premium storage (folders marked as premium) allows keeping files for unlimited period of time, while files kept in regular storage are deleted after 30 days of the last download.

Q: 30 days are shown as time left before files are deleted from your website, how do you calculate the time?
A: A file is stored for 30 days from the moment of its full download, after that it is moved to the trash bin for 90 days (or more). When this time expires, a file will be permanently deleted from the service. You may use premium storage to keep files without time limits.

Q: My file has disappeared and it’s not in the trash bin.
A: It’s highly possible that your file was permanently deleted as demanded by rights owner. If there was no copyrighted content in your file, please turn to technical support.

Q: I can’t download files via FTP, WebDAV and Windows shared folder.
A: The option to download files via FTP, WebDAV and shared Windows folder is available only for premium users.
